We are owners and producers of several components for the Coffee and Vending machine markets. These products are moulded with food contact polymers, following the prior European and US regulation.
Our items can be divided in four categories:
Air Break water tanks equipped with float and micro switch for controlling the water level (Vending).

Air Break
Our Air Break tanks make possible a continuous and regular water supply to hot drink dispensers.
This Ari Break is connected to the water supply network with the interposition of a solenoid valve controlled by a micro switch: as soon as the water inside the bowl diminishes, the float activates the micro switch that opening the electro valve fill the bowl with fresh water. Once the tank is filled the micro switch is released, and the water flow is interrupted.
Moreover, the water flown into the bowl stabilizes its pressure value, which drops from the value of the water supply network (varying from 0.5 – 6.5 bar) to optimal value of 1 bar.
This version has a 1/8 GAS joint on the top. Working pressure from 0.5 to 7 bar. Also this version has a rubber tip that stops the water supply in case of electrovalve failure. 1 or 2 microswitches, is suitable for Vending and Ice Maker market.
This tank has a fast joint on the top, so can be linked directly to the water supply network. Working pressure from 0.5 to 7 bar. Wter tank with 1 oe 2 Microswitch. Water supply joint for silicone tube. Working pressure MAX 3 bar. By the small number of component, this tank is les expansive.
